From the Editor's Desk
Ashwini Kumar Srivastava, Editor
From the Editor's Desk is the weekly column of Ashwini Kumar Srivastava, the editor of NRI News Now. A new column appears every Monday. In it he looks at the week's most important rule changes and decisions, and what they mean in practice for Indians abroad and their families.
As in all our stories, the facts in the column are linked to their official sources. The views are the editor's own, which is why every column is labelled "Column". It is prepared with the same research tools we use for our news, and is published only after the editor has read and approved it. More in our editorial policy.
